I’d like to have my document translated. How do I hand it over to you?

There are several ways you may hand the document to us: via fax, email, courier, or in person. Alternatively, we may have our staff retrieve the document from you.

How long does it take you to finish translating a business document?

If the case is a small number of non-urgent business documents, our standard procedure for morning receipt is delivery by the end of the work day that afternoon, and for afternoon receipt is delivery by noon the next work day. The bottom line is not to delay Client’s operating process.

What is your quotation? How do I get a quotation of your prices?

Our prices are very reasonable. However, we do not announce our quotations on the website for business confidentiality. If you would like to obtain Transtar’s quotations, please call us. We would be happy to provide the quotation of our most competitive rates on request.

If I do not feel satisfied with the quality of your translation, how do I place a complaint? Can I get a refund?

In principle, the Client is under the obligation to pay for cases entrusted with us; and we do not reimburse Client’s payment. However, translation into foreign languages does not have uniform standards; everyone has his/her own perception of good quality. Sometimes the situation is indeed prone to disputes. Therefore, Transtar’s principle of processing documents allows the Client to request to proofread the translation before it is completed. The Client then has to proofread again upon completion of the translation. We will revise the translation as requested at our own cost. But once the translation is delivered, Transtar will charge for further revision according to the amount of modification the Client has requested.

If I send my document directly via email or fax, how would you handle it?

We welcome any document sent directly via email by Client. We will arrange to have them translated directly as long as you indicate the Client’s real name, telephone number and address in the email or fax.

We are a registered company and have some documents to process every day. How can we better cooperate with you?

We offer our quotations by the month or by each case and sincerely welcome companies to cooperate with us on a regular long-term basis. You may contact us and ask us to send an agent to discuss further details with you. We not only provide you with the convenience of monthly settlements, but we also offer preferential rates.
